Normally we confirm all the reservation requests in a short period of time, however if you don't receive our confirmation email within a 10 hour period, probably your email server took our message as spam and move it to a junk folder which probably you don't usually review or just deleted it. We want to minimize the chance that you don't get your confirmation due to spam filters or email blockers. |
