This page is for customers that already have received by email our final confirmation notice or made a reservation but after 12 hours haven't received a confirmation yet. This tool is great if you are not in the PC where we sent to you the confirmation of your service.
Enter the email address that you used to make a reservation, our system will validate it and display your personal code instantly.

If you made a reservation more than 12 hours ago and don't have any confirmation from us yet, use this form to retrieve your access number to the service voucher. Some email servers may take our messages as spam and move them to a special folder or delete it without notice to you.
